Financial Analyst

About

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial oversight, grant management, and budgeting activities. This role partners with program directors and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and effective use of funds aligned with state and federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, grants, and contract updates (amendments, renewals)
• Perform financial reporting, reconciliation, and risk analysis
• Support program directors with budget planning and financial insights
• Ensure compliance with federal/state grant requirements
• Oversee financial transactions including invoicing, payments, and revenue tracking
• Collaborate with accounting teams on general ledger and financial processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or accounting
• Experience with financial forecasting and reconciliation
• Knowledge of financial tools and statistical analysis
• Experience managing grants, timelines, and budget constraints

Preferred Skills

• Experience with government or public sector finance
• Knowledge of Indiana financial regulation
