Pernod Ricard is looking for its future Financial Analyst – Crystal BU Intern for a 6‑month internship starting in September 2026, based at our headquarters in Paris – The Island.
Key Missions
Support business performance reporting & financial analysis
- You will consolidate & analyze both sell‑out and sell‑in P&L performance of the Crystal brands (mainly Havana Club, Gins & Apérétifs, RTDs) and track financial KPIs.
- You will support the preparation of monthly Business Reviews, including updates on industry developments.
- You will support the A&P monitoring & forecasting
Support market analysis & collaboration with affiliates
- You will gather insights from market companies to understand performance drivers.
- You will support the ongoing group financial cycles, including month‑end and year‑end close, risk & opportunity (R&O) tracking and mitigation plans and rolling forecast processes
Contribute to business cases & financial scenario modelling
- You will assist in financial analyses for new product developments (NPD), portfolio changes, and market expansion.
- You will help assess NPD profitability and volume/margin scenarios
Contribute to data management and process optimization
- You will help improve analytical tools and reporting processes.
- You will support data consolidation and quality checks across various sources.
Profile We Are Looking For
- You are a Master’s student specializing in Finance, Business Analysis, or a related field, with at least one successful prior experience in finance.
- You are fluent in English (daily working language).
- You have strong analytical skills, a solid business mindset, and attention to detail.
- You are comfortable working with Excel (advanced level is a plus); knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI is a plus.
- You are proactive, organized, curious, and able to interact with multiple stakeholders.

Requirements
