About the role

In this role at Planify Capital, you will be part of the finance team where you will support financial planning & analysis (FP&A), investment monitoring, reporting, and strategic decision-making. Your high-calibre contribution will be crucial, especially with the requirement of CFA Level III clearance.

**Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in preparing monthly & quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management. - Build, update, and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuations. - Analyze business performance through variance analysis and prepare actionable insights. - Support investment/portfolio monitoring by evaluating key metrics and preparing investment memos/scorecards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on financial planning. - Help enhance reporting tools and processes through process improvements and automation. - Conduct ad hoc financial and market research and present findings. - Ensure adherence to internal controls and support audit activities. - Assist with employer branding and internal communications by preparing finance-related content.

**Required Qualifications & Skills:** - Cleared CFA Level III (or equivalent qualification) is mandatory. - Masters degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or equivalent; MBA/PG Diploma in Finance is a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Basic knowledge of financial modeling, valuations, budgeting, and forecasting. - Analytical mindset with good communication skills. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. - Prior internship or project experience in finance is advantageous. - Familiarity with BI tools or SQL is a plus.
