As a Financial Analyst – Level 5 (Staff) located in Redondo Beach, CA (potentially fully remote), you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position works a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.

Responsibilities

• Perform economic research and studies on rates of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, and financial and expense comparisons by analyzing profit and loss statements and income statements.
• Prepare reports of findings and recommendations for management.
• Develop, maintain, and establish operational specifications for financial information systems, considering information flow, volume, and document format for data processing equipment.
• Provide analysis on business development and monitor business performance by unit or division.
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of professional experience or
• Master’s degree with 10 years of professional experience or
• PhD with 8 years of professional experience.
• Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• No clearance required to start.
• Financial or accounting experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace or Defense industry experience.
• Department of Defense (DoD) experience.
• Experience working with SAP, Deltek CostPoint, Deltek Cobra/MPM, or Oracle Primavera.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills.

Benefits & Compensation

• Primary level salary range: $133,000 – $219,500 (subject to factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market conditions).
• Potential eligibility for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and long‑term incentives (for VP/Director levels).
