About the role

Experteer Overview As a Financial Analyst - Payroll you will validate LOA alignment for civilian payroll, audit payroll data, and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate government payroll operations. You will lead quarterly timekeeping and payroll reconciliations, support state and regulatory audits, and update process documentation. You’ll collaborate with multiple partners to strengthen controls and processes, contributing to a mission-focused defense contracting environment with strong compensation and benefits.
