The Opportunity

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Structural Heart Division, which delivers innovative, minimally invasive solutions for heart disease treatment. This role supports leadership and sales teams in structuring, implementing, and managing commercial agreements, pricing strategies, and rebate programs to ensure compliance and profitability.

What You'll Do

Contracts & RFP Management

  • Administer and maintain customer contracts and RFP submissions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely renewals.
  • Manage the end-to-end RFP process, including approvals, audit trails, and submission of commercial proposals.
  • Maintain contract databases and calendars; notify stakeholders of expirations and coordinate renewals.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to support data-driven decision-making.

Pricing & Rebates

  • Develop and analyze pricing and rebate proposals for customers and RFPs.
  • Manage rebate implementation, accruals, reporting, and payments in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Conduct monthly rebate reviews with leadership and sales teams; validate accruals and highlight compliance issues.
  • Maintain accurate pricing and rebate data in ERP systems; resolve discrepancies in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for pricing and rebate monitoring.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; professional designation (CPA, ACCA, CGMA) is an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pricing & contracts, or financial planning & analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills in English; French is an asset.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $68,250.00 to $100,100.00 CAD. The salary range provided applies to Canada only and does not apply to any other locations outside of Canada.
