We are looking for a Financial Analyst (m/f/d) to support our Chief Financial Officer at our headquarters in Hamburg, starting as soon as possible. This position offers the opportunity for development into a leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Calculation, structured preparation, and presentation of M&A projects to management
- Evaluation and support of real estate investments, considering economic and tax aspects
- Independent management and continuous optimization of international insurance management for group risk control
- Creation of well-founded decision proposals, economic feasibility analyses, and ad-hoc evaluations for the finance department
- Monitoring and negotiation of new and existing contracts
- Independent communication with national and international business partners inside and outside the group
- Contract review, particularly for insurance, rental, and consulting agreements
- Valuation reviews of company and property values
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration/Economics with a focus on Finance
- Initial professional experience (2-3 years) in finance
- Applications from recent graduates are welcome
- High sense of responsibility, initiative, and communication skills
- Structured and analytical working method
- Proficient written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident use of the MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of Power BI is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of consolidation software (e.g., LucaNet)

Requirements
- Studium der Betriebs- / Wirtschaftswissenschaft, Schwerpunkt Finanzen
- Erste Berufserfahrung (2-3 Jahre) im Finanzwesen
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

- Eigenständige Kommunikation mit nationalen und internationalen Geschäftspartnern innerhalb und außerhalb des Konzerns
- Vertragsprüfung, insbesondere Versicherungen, Miet- und Beratungsverträge
- Bewertungsprüfungen von Unternehmens- und Immobilienwerten
