Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Financial Assistant. The Financial Assistant will handle day-to-day financial tasks that include managing invoicing, assisting with accounting processes, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate financial documentation. The role also includes timely communication with internal stakeholders to support financial operations and compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess financial data and provide insightful analysis
- Expertise in Invoicing, Finance, and Accounting processes
- Excellent Communication skills for clear and professional interaction with teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in financial software tools, spreadsheets, and accounting systems
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus
- Prior experience in financial support or assistant roles is highly desirable
