About

We are looking for a Specialist in Supply Chain Analysis within the context of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) who links operational processes with financial control. You will have significant scope for developing BI-supported planning and control processes and will contribute significantly to a unified control basis.

Responsibilities

• Building and further developing Power BI reports, data, and semantic models, including KPI definition as a unified control basis.
• Analysis of operational and financial key figures (e.g., costs, margins, volumes, inventories), including variance, root cause, and structural analyses.
• Financial evaluation of analysis results (profit, cost, and working capital effects) and derivation of recommendations for action.
• Further development of BI-supported planning and control processes in the FP&A environment, as well as standardized reporting and controlling structures.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in BI, Controlling, or FP&A.
• High expertise in Power BI (semantic models & reporting) and good knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with AI systems for automation and openness to new technologies.
• Deep understanding of P&L statements, cost structures, and working capital, with an analytical and structured approach.
• Ability to communicate complex issues in a target-group-oriented manner and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams.
• German language skills at least at C1 level and fluent English skills (at least B1 level).

Nice to have:

• Professional experience related to Supply Chain KPIs and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

• Second Interview (approx. 90 min): On-site, additionally with parts of the team. Topics: deepening points from the first interview and a company tour.
