A well-established organisation within a specialised and fast-moving industry is seeking to appoint a skilled and driven Financial Manager to join their finance team based in Kempton Park.
This role offers the opportunity to operate at a strategic and operational level within a performance-driven environment where revenue and financial insight are key. The successful candidate will take ownership of the full finance function, lead a team, and partner with key stakeholders to drive financial performance, enhance reporting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full finance function, including revenue management and reporting
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements
- Strengthen financial controls and improve reporting processes
- Partner with operational teams to provide commercial insights
- Support audits and ensure accurate financial reporting
Job Experience & Qualifications
- CA(SA) (non-negotiable)
- 5+ years’ post-qualification experience
- Minimum 2 years’ management experience
- Strong experience in a full finance function with a revenue focus
- Exposure to aviation or similar industries beneficial
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
