This opportunity is suited to a CA(SA) or CIMA-qualified Financial Manager with strong technical finance experience and the ability to work closely with the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making through strong financial analysis.

The role requires someone who is highly detail-orientated, stable in their career history, confident with IFRS 16, and strong on MS Excel.

This is a hands-on position within a demanding environment, suited to a candidate who can take ownership and remain close to the detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full financial management function
• Prepare and review financial reports, management accounts, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, with specific focus on IFRS 16
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Maintain strong internal controls and support audit requirements
• Work closely with operational stakeholders to provide financial insight
• Support process improvements and hands-on finance execution

Job Experience and Skills Required

• CA(SA) or CIMA qualification
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Financial Manager role
• Strong technical reporting experience
• IFRS 16 experience is non-negotiable
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Hands-on finance management approach
• Stable career track record preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
