Financial Manager

Responsibilities

• Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Ensuring full IFRS, statutory, and tax compliance
• Managing audits, internal controls, and financial governance
• Owning CAPEX budgeting and spend tracking
• Supporting cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management
• Leading and developing a small, capable finance team
• Partnering with operational and commercial teams to drive sound business decisions

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years’experience as a Financial Manager
• Manufacturing or Retail experience - NON‑NEGOTIABLE
• Advanced Excel skills
• JDE experience - highly advantageous
• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail with a no‑nonsense delivery mindset

Qualification

• CA(SA), ACMA, CGMA or equivalent
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
