About the role
About the Role:
We’re looking for a numbers-driven financial modeling expert to build and optimize advanced financial and operational projections for our growing regenerative and pain management clinics.
This is not a basic Excel role—we need someone who can think in formulas, financial models, and business levers, translating executive vision into actionable insights that drive expansion, profitability, and valuation growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build investor-ready pro forma models for clinic expansion (10+ locations, multi-year)
- Model revenue based on procedures per day, average revenue, ramp-up timelines, and staggered openings
- Layer in costs: fixed, variable, staffing, marketing, overhead
- Generate EBITDA, profit, and valuation projections
- Improve and evolve the Master Document Machine projection tool
- Create scenario models (best case, base case, aggressive growth)
- Collaborate with team members to collect and structure data
- Translate complex business ideas into structured financial models
Requirements:
- Strong background in finance, analytics, or business modeling
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (complex formulas, nested logic, dashboards, scenario modeling)
- Ability to build clear, professional models for investor and leadership presentations
- Deep understanding of forecasting, unit economics, pro forma modeling, and operational leverage
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable asking the right questions to design accurate models
Ideal Candidate:
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with complex variables
- Excited about building models that influence growth and valuation
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
Example Projects:
- Multi-location clinic expansion pro forma: revenue, cost, and valuation modeling
- Master value lever model: revenue, volume, and cost levers with predictive outputs
Compensation & Logistics:
- Part-time: 20–30 hours/week (fixed/capped hours)
- $12–$30/hour, depending on experience
- Flexible timing: virtual trainings and projects can be completed anytime before deadlines
How to Apply:
- Share examples of financial models or projections you’ve built
- Briefly explain your approach to turning business data into actionable insights
