As our operations continue to expand across Nigeria and internationally, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Financial Operations Analyst to help strengthen the financial and operational backbone of the company.
Role Overview
The Financial Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day financial coordination and operational execution of Anfani’s growing activities.
This is not a traditional back-office finance role. The successful candidate will work across projects, operations, reporting, compliance, internal controls, project finance support, and strategic initiatives helping ensure that Anfani operates efficiently as we scale.
You will work closely with the Operations, Business Development and Technical teams, and leadership across multiple projects and initiatives, including renewable energy deployments, programs, and emerging fund structures.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, highly dependable, and excited about building systems in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day financial operations across projects and internal company activities.
- Support invoicing, payment tracking, reconciliation, expense coordination, and financial documentation.
- Maintain organized records of operational and financial activities.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Support preparation of internal financial reports, dashboards, and operational summaries.
- Assist with project-level financial tracking and analysis.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring activities.
Compliance & Regulatory Coordination
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and regulatory consultants.
- Support tax, statutory, and compliance-related filings and documentation.
- Help maintain compliance with financial and operational processes.
Project & Fund Support
- Support financial coordination for renewable energy projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Assist with financial documentation related to funds, projects, and other partnerships.
- Track project-related operational and financial deliverables.
Process Improvement & Internal Controls
- Help improve financial systems, operational processes, and reporting structures.
- Identify inefficiencies and support implementation of better operational workflows.
- Support the implementation of internal controls and accountability systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Business Development, Technical, and Strategic Projects teams.
- Support preparation of financial information for proposals, partnerships, and stakeholder engagements.
- Assist leadership with ad-hoc operational and financial tasks as required.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, financial analysis, or project finance support.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, operational finance, and compliance coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets required.
- Experience with financial modelling is an advantage.
- Familiarity with energy, infrastructure, funds is a plus.
- Professional certifications (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, etc.) are advantageous.
