Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and quarterly financial analysis
• Manage roll-forward forecasts and annual budgets
• Analyze performance and identify risks and opportunities
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for leadership
• Drive process enhancements in FP&A reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 8+ years of finance experience, preferably in FP&A
• 3+ years in a management role
• Expertise in financial modeling and Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
