Financial Analyst (FP&A)

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to support business leaders with timely analysis, reporting, and insights to support decision-making across multiple corporate functions, including IT, HR, Finance, and others, within a multi-banner retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to build budgets, forecasts, and analyze results
• Prepare recurring financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Monitor performance, explain variances, and maintain forecast accuracy
• Develop financial models, business cases, and ad hoc analyses
• Identify KPIs, trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making
• Improve reporting tools, processes, and efficiency
• Present insights and recommendations to management
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA an asset)
• 2–3 years of FP&A experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Advanced Excel skills; FP&A systems experience an asset
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment
• Interest in data, AI, and process improvement
• Bilingual (French & English) required
