Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to operations, product, and executive leadership
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across multiple product lines
• Drive and own:
  • Budgeting and forecasting cycles
  • Variance analysis and performance tracking
  • Financial modeling tied to growth, expansion, and M&A activity
• Partner cross-functionally with:
  • Operations leadership
  • Global product teams
  • Executive leadership
• Provide insights that enable data-driven decision making
• Support strategic initiatives including:
  • Active M&A pipeline
  • Production line expansion

This role is instrumental in:

• Bringing structure, visibility, and discipline to financial operations
• Supporting scalable growth and operational efficiency
• Helping stabilize and rebuild a finance organization currently in transition

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong FP&A experience within manufacturing environments (required)
• Experience supporting:
  • Multi-site, global operations
  • Complex or engineered-to-order product lines
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
