Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis

Newly created Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role for a growing company in the suburbs of Lancaster County. This position will report to an outstanding hiring manager who our firm has worked with for over 20 years (and has placed twice in her career).

This position is a highly visible and critically important role that will support the Executive team by providing data and analytics that will help drive business decisions. This will be an active role in which the Manager of FP&A will influence and drive decisions regarding global initiatives, ROI and cost reduction. This role will require an FP&A professional with outstanding communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 8 years experience in an FP&A, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or Corporate Finance role is REQUIRED.
• Experience developing complex financial models and dashboards is REQUIRED.
• Preference to candidates out of a middle to larger sized company with a preference for experience in the manufacturing, construction, professional services or distribution industries.
