We are looking for exceptional and strategic individual(s) to grow our finance and accounting services team servicing fast growing start‑ups, investors, multinational companies in Asia, Australia, US and Europe. As we head towards our next phase of growth and expansion, he/she will be provided with various opportunities to learn and grow his / her career. This role will work closely with our key partners, clients and other stakeholders in APAC and Europe.
Role Overview
We are seeking a high‑impact FP&A Manager to support our Fractional CFO Office, working closely with senior finance leaders to deliver strategic, analytical, and operational finance solutions across a diverse portfolio of clients, including startups and multinational organizations.
This role goes beyond traditional FP&A and offers exposure to end‑to‑end finance transformation, strategic advisory, and CFO‑level decision support across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
FP&A & Strategic Finance
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for multiple client engagements
- Build and maintain robust financial models, scenario planning frameworks, and business projections
- Translate financial data into actionable insights to support client decision‑making and growth strategy
- Support clients in KPI design, unit economics analysis, and performance tracking
Fractional CFO Support & Advisory
- Act as a key member of the Fractional CFO Office, supporting senior CFO advisors on client mandates
- Partner with client leadership teams (Founders, CEOs, CXOs) to drive strategic finance initiatives
- Contribute to board decks, investor presentations, and strategic reviews
- Provide insights on cash flow management, profitability improvement, and capital allocation
Financial Operations & Controllership Support
- Oversee and review bookkeeping, accounting, AR/AP, and payment processes for client portfolios
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting in line with client expectations
- Support implementation of best‑in‑class finance processes, controls, and systems
- Drive improvements in reporting quality, automation, and efficiency
Tax & Compliance Oversight
- Coordinate and support tax compliance, filings, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions
- Work with internal/external experts to ensure adherence to applicable laws and standards
- Identify potential tax and compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Lead interactions with client senior management and key stakeholders
- Act as a trusted finance partner, delivering value‑driven insights and solutions
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously with high accountability and ownership
Team Collaboration & Quality Assurance
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure high‑quality, timely deliverables
- Mentor junior team members and review outputs where required
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
Growth & Special Projects
- Contribute to internal initiatives, new service offerings, and business expansion projects
- Support process standardization, playbook creation, and knowledge building within the CFO Office
- Take ownership of high‑impact, cross‑functional projects
Qualifications & Skills
Core Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting / MBA / CA (CFA is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or CFO advisory roles
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis
- Solid grounding in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance
- Ability to own outcomes and make things happen with a strong sense of urgency
Functional & Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Experience working with multiple clients or business units (preferred)
- Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow dynamics, and business drivers
- Superior business finance and accounting skills
