We’re seeking an FP&A Specialist to support financial reporting and operational analysis within a manufacturing and production-focused environment. This is a hands-on role requiring strong accounting knowledge and the ability to analyze performance across Sales, Production, and Supply Chain. You’ll own monthly reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash), evaluate cost and profitability drivers, and work across systems (ERP, Salesforce, BI tools) to deliver actionable insights. Candidates without experience supporting operations or manufacturing environments are unlikely to be a fit.

Responsibilities
- Own monthly financial reporting for group consolidation, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with accounting standards
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and operating plans, partnering with Finance leadership and operational teams to reflect business performance and key drivers
- Analyze sales performance and profitability across customers, regions, and product lines (equipment, parts, services), leveraging systems such as Salesforce and BI tools to deliver actionable insights to Sales leadership
- Evaluate production and supply chain performance, including cost analysis by product and process (internal and outsourced), inventory turns, and vendor profitability
- Perform variance analysis on actuals vs. forecast, with a focus on operational and cost drivers, and clearly communicate insights and recommendations
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, ERP systems, and Power BI to improve visibility and decision-making across the business
- Support inventory management and controls, including tracking KPIs and participating in inventory reviews or audits
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance to provide financial guidance and support day-to-day and strategic decisions
- Ensure integrity and consistency of financial data, maintaining documentation and improving processes across financial systems and reporting structures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of FP&A experience with manufacturing or operations exposure
Required Skills
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
- Strong understanding of financial statements and cost drivers
- Experience with BI and reporting tools (Power BI preferred)
- Clear communicator with strong attention to detail and follow-through
