This position requires managing the full proposal production process, ensuring all materials meet firm standards and maintain accuracy. You will research and draft relevant content, collaborating with SMEs to validate information while liaising with Compliance and Legal teams. Providing internal resources for global sales teams and contributing to special projects will also be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete proposals for RFPs and other materials
• Oversee the accuracy of proposal submissions
• Conduct research and draft relevant proposal content
• Collaborate with SMEs to verify proposal data
• Liaise with Compliance for necessary approvals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in communications
• 2–4 years of experience in financial services
• Strong proposal writing capability
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with proposal systems like Qvidian
