An established organisation is seeking a Financial Reporting Business Partner to join its team.
This role plays a key part in supporting structured business processes by ensuring the delivery of accurate, consistent, and high-quality financial outputs across multiple areas of the organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with various internal teams to review information, resolve queries, and ensure the integrity of reporting deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial reporting outputs across multiple business areas
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of financial information
- Support structured reporting cycles including monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables
- Review inputs from various teams and resolve reporting queries
- Assist with preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules
- Perform analysis of financial results and provide clear explanations where required
- Support audit processes and provide required documentation and explanations
- Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on reporting requirements
- Maintain and improve reporting processes, controls, and tools
- Ensure adherence to internal reporting standards and timelines
Job experience and skills required
Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) – Required
- Bachelor of Accounting / Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting or equivalent qualification
Experience
- 1 - 4 years post-articles experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a related finance environment
- Exposure to multi-entity or complex organisational structures
- Experience working within structured reporting cycles and tight deadlines
- Experience engaging with auditors or external stakeholders (advantageous)
- Exposure to reporting systems or financial tools (advantageous)
