Financial Reporting Manager

Our client is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to support financial reporting and accounting activities across Central and South America, while also assisting the North America finance team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong financial reporting experience, international exposure, and the ability to work cross-functionally within a global organization.

This position will primarily focus on financial reporting responsibilities for Central and South America (approximately 80% of the role), with additional support provided to North America operations. Spanish speaking ability is preferred due to regular interaction with international teams.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reporting for Central and South America operations
• Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Support consolidated reporting and compliance with company accounting policies
• Partner with international finance teams to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
• Assist with variance analysis, forecasting support, and financial analytics
• Support internal and external audit requests
• Collaborate with the North America accounting and finance teams on reporting initiatives
• Maintain and improve financial reporting processes and controls
• Assist with ERP and reporting system initiatives as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting and/or financial reporting experience
• Strong financial reporting and general ledger accounting background
• QuickBooks experience required
• SAP experience highly preferred
• Spanish speaking ability preferred
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
