Role

Im Bereich Financial Risk Management unterstützt du die Geschäftsleitung bei der aktiven Steuerung des Risiko-Rendite-Profils von PostFinance. Du analysierst Unternehmensstrategien im Hinblick auf ihre Risikotragfähigkeit und leistest so einen direkten Beitrag zur Stabilität und Weiterentwicklung unserer Bilanzstruktur. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit strategischen Themen zusammen, die PostFinance prägen, und bewegst unser Unternehmen nachhaltig.

What you can achieve

• You assess the risk-bearing capacity of corporate and risk strategies under various scenarios and develop well-founded decision-making bases.
• You are responsible for the company-wide catalog of measures to prepare for possible financial crisis situations and actively participate in the crisis management team.
• You further develop and continuously optimize the processes and models used.
• You regularly present analyses and recommendations to internal and external bodies.
• You proactively contribute ideas to the team and drive your topics forward independently.

What you bring

• Master's degree (University of Applied Sciences/University) in Economics with a quantitative focus or in Natural Sciences, ideally supplemented by further economic education.
• Initial professional experience in the banking or insurance sector, preferably in risk controlling or risk modeling.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as confident application of your experience in data analysis and processing, including programming skills.
• Ability to prepare complex content in an audience-appropriate manner and present it convincingly.
• Structured and independent way of working with a high degree of initiative.
• Fluent communication in German and English, both written and spoken.

For this position, the annual salary for a 100% workload ranges between CHF 100,000 and CHF 120,000. The specific salary depends on your profile and experience and may be slightly below or above this range depending on the specifics.
