Role Description

The Financial Sales Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Severna Park, MD. Key responsibilities include assisting financial advisors with client onboarding, preparing and processing financial documents, managing invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role also involves providing client support, fostering strong client relationships, and effectively communicating financial solutions tailored to individual client needs. Additional duties include analysis of financial data, support for financial reports, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and assist with developing client-specific solutions
• Experience with invoicing, finance, and accounting tasks
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both clients and team members
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
• Proficiency in financial software tools and strong organizational abilities
• Financial Certifications and/or Insurance Licenses are a plus
• Prior experience in financial services or group insurance sales support is a plus
