About the role

Requirements

  • A financial Diploma or Degree + SAIPA or similar
  • 3–5 years’ finance/accounting experience
  • Previous experience in:
    • Retail environment
    • Filling station/Petrol station operations
    • FMCG or fuel industry (advantageous)
  • Strong knowledge of VAT and PAYE
  • Cashflow management
  • Stock reconciliations
  • Financial reporting
  • Proficient in:
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Accounting systems (Sage)
  • Understanding of fuel stock systems and daily sales reconciliation

Key Responsibilities

  • To supervise and manage the financial and administrative functions of the filling station, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, stock control, cash management, and operational efficiency.
