About the role
Requirements
- A financial Diploma or Degree + SAIPA or similar
- 3–5 years’ finance/accounting experience
- Previous experience in:
- Retail environment
- Filling station/Petrol station operations
- FMCG or fuel industry (advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of VAT and PAYE
- Cashflow management
- Stock reconciliations
- Financial reporting
- Proficient in:
- Microsoft Excel
- Accounting systems (Sage)
- Understanding of fuel stock systems and daily sales reconciliation
Key Responsibilities
- To supervise and manage the financial and administrative functions of the filling station, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, stock control, cash management, and operational efficiency.
