What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Analyze and optimize financial systems and reporting processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning tools
• Improve data accuracy across financial platforms and databases
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports
• Work with accounting, finance, and IT teams to streamline workflows
• Identify system inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Support system integrations (ERP, accounting, analytics tools)
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards
• Automate financial reporting processes where possible

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in financial analysis, systems analysis, or finance operations
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and data structures
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
