Responsibilities

• You analyze and optimize end-to-end financial processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash) with a focus on data quality and automation
• You develop and improve reporting and BI solutions for the transparent presentation of financial KPIs
• You actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (HGB/IFRS) and contribute your analytical perspective
• You identify inefficiencies in existing processes and implement data-driven optimizations (e.g., via Excel, VBA, or BI tools)
• You support forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes through sound data analyses
• You support system and process integrations (e.g., new companies or ERP systems) from a finance perspective
• You create ad-hoc analyses and prepare complex data comprehensibly for management

Profile

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Finance, or comparable
• First to several years of experience in finance, controlling, or data-driven environments
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in financial processes and data structures
• Very good Excel skills and experience in data analysis and preparation
• Understanding of accounting fundamentals (HGB/IFRS)
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German and English skills
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics
• First exposure to process automation (e.g., VBA or similar tools)
• Experience in international corporate structures or in collaboration with global teams
