About the role

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery within the EOS Infrastructure Modernisation Programme, a high-priority, executive-level initiative focused on transforming data centre and network infrastructure across Hong Kong and China.

This role will play a critical part in driving deployment, managing complex stakeholder landscapes, and ensuring programme governance and reporting standards are met. The successful candidate will operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment requiring strong autonomy, proactive risk management, and effective escalation handling.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Delivery & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of network and infrastructure deployment across Hong Kong and China
  • Manage data centre modernisation initiatives, including upgrades to servers, storage, and core infrastructure
  • Drive coordination across multiple technical teams including network, storage, and server teams

Governance & Reporting

  • Maintain robust programme governance, tracking risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Provide daily status reporting to senior leadership, including executive-level stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Hong Kong and China
  • Collaborate with:
    • Executive-level sponsors
    • Connectivity Lead (Hong Kong)
    • Local SPOC (China)
  • Act as the primary interface for local stakeholder engagement and communication

Escalation & Risk Management

  • Independently manage escalations in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
  • Ensure timely resolution of delivery challenges impacting programme outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

Core Competencies

  • Strong Project Management experience in infrastructure or data centre environments
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management and executive communication
  • Demonstrated ability in autonomous escalation handling and risk mitigation
  • Experience managing multi-country delivery programmes

Technical Knowledge (Secondary)

  • Understanding of:
    • Data centre infrastructure
    • Core networks, switching, and routing
    • Servers and storage systems
  • Ability to engage effectively with technical teams (hands-on experience not required)
