The Role

• Take technical responsibility for firmware and embedded software modules
• Make architectural decisions within responsible modules
• Develop, test, and optimize hardware-related software for microprocessor and FPGA-based systems
• Conceive and implement new software functionalities in distributed systems
• Analyze complex hardware/software interactions and perform performance optimizations
• Further develop existing embedded software for product lines

What You'll Need

• Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
• Excellent knowledge of C and C++
• Several years of professional experience in embedded development, ideally in an industrial environment
• Profound knowledge of analog and digital circuit technology and microprocessor technology
• Experience with microcontroller platforms such as STM32, Infineon PSoC, and Microchip PIC
