Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is on the lookout for a full-time Electrical Engineer (Hardware/Firmware) at early career and experienced levels. In this role, you will actively participate in the design, analysis, testing, and requirements verification of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. Ideal candidates will possess foundational knowledge and experience in Embedded Software, Firmware development (VHDL and/or Verilog), and system simulation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design and analysis of radar and firmware systems.
  • Engage in requirements verification and testing processes.
  • Utilize Quartus or Vivado for FPGA building vendor tools.
  • Participate in VHDL and/or Verilog simulation environments.
  • Gain exposure to system-level requirements related to radar technology.

To be Considered:

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • This position requires a government security clearance (Secret Level).
  • Located at a facility requiring special access.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical/Computer Engineering.
  • Entry-level familiarity with Quartus or Vivado FPGA tools.
  • Initial experience with VHDL and/or Verilog simulation environments.
  • Understanding of radar system-level requirements flow down.

In terms of work flexibility, this position offers part-time remote telework, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote hours based on a discussed schedule. Compensation:

The base salary ranges from $75,000 to $135,961, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Coverage, 401(k) matching, Education Assistance, and parental leave.
