Your Responsibilities

As a First Level Success Manager (m/f/d), you will play a central role in building and expanding long-term business relationships with our insurance brokers and structure distributors. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and ensure excellent support in connection with our platform.

• Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing partners
• Supporting our customers in their steps through our systems
• Handling mail and phone contact for questions about our systems and products
• Answering inquiries via our ticket system/helpdesk
• Training and advising our customers (e.g., on initial setup, product selection, and product integrations)
• Conducting and/or accompanying internal and external projects
• Advising customers on ordering processes for integrations
