About the Role
Reporting to senior finance and operations leadership, these positions focus on capital work order analysis, reconciliation, and asset unitization. You’ll play a key part in ensuring project costs are accurately tracked, documented, and capitalized, helping the organization maintain compliance and financial integrity.
What You’ll Do
- Perform reconciliation and detailed analysis of capital work order costs
- Review and validate project-related costs, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Gather and organize supporting documentation including supplier invoices, engineering drawings, and project details
- Prepare and structure financial data for asset unitization and capitalization
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization
- Support month-end and project close processes related to capital expenditures
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in a regulated utilities or infrastructure environment is strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with ERP/EAM systems
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliation of large datasets
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
