Fleet Operations Specialist

We are partnering with a multinational fleet management company to hire a Fleet Operations Specialist who will support the day‑to‑day management of vehicle breakdowns, servicing, and customer communication, ensuring minimal downtime across the fleet.

• Dublin 18 – Leopardstown
• Full-time, permanent
• Salary €40,000 – €42,000 DOE

What will I be responsible for day-to-day?

• Manage vehicle off-road cases and minimise downtime
• Act as the main contact for drivers and clients during breakdowns or servicing
• Coordinate service bookings, repairs, and vehicle queries
• Liaise with garages and service providers to resolve issues
• Provide advice on general vehicle care
• Keep customers updated with clear, timely communication
• Update internal systems and track vehicle activity
• Support team targets and maintain high service standards

What skills and experience make me eligible?

• 1+ year experience working in transport, logistics or other motor related environment (e.g. dealership, garage, car rental, leasing company)
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicles
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple issues in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• IT proficiency (MS Office / internal systems)
