Fleet Supervisor / Fleet Manager

Our client in the Logistic industry is recruiting for a Distribution Supervisor/Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily fleet and distribution operations across regional and long-distance routes
• Plan and optimize delivery schedules, routes, and vehicle utilization
• Monitor vehicle tracking, delivery performance, and cold chain compliance
• Oversee maintenance, servicing, and vehicle roadworthiness
• Supervise drivers and fleet staff, including performance, safety, and training
• Control fuel usage, fleet costs, and identify efficiency improvements
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards
• Compile fleet reports and coordinate with operations and warehouse teams

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transport Management (advantageous)
• 3–5 years’ experience in fleet/logistics management
• Experience in FMCG, distribution, or cold chain (advantageous)
• Proven experience managing drivers and fleet operations

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday: 06:30 - 16:00
• Sunday: 08:00 - 12:00
