Job Description:

As a Float and Finance Analyst at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.

Primary Job Duties: • Presents a unique customer experience that centers around enhancing financial welfare and fostering customer commitment. • Processes different types of customer engagements accurately and efficiently. • Educates customers on the various possibilities they have for managing their finances. • Identifies openings during customer interactions and guides them to the appropriate branch representatives. • Drives customer participation in lobby programs and substantial interactions. • Modifies PNC offerings to align with specific customer requirements. • Recognizes opportunities for sales expansion and facilitates customer referrals to the appropriate team members for strengthening relationships. • Educates clients about utilizing digital banking tools, technological solutions, and self-help outlets for effective financial transaction management. • Demonstrates adept handling of customer issues through application of product and procedural knowledge. • Guarantees the correct completion of teller and branch operations following the established policies and procedures of PNC.
