Role Overview

We’re looking for a Flutter Mobile Developer who can build, refactor, and scale a high-quality mobile application with a strong focus on performance, UX, and clean architecture.

You will work closely with backend engineers, product, and design to ship features fast—without sacrificing code quality. • *What You’ll Be Working On** • Flutter mobile app (Android & iOS) • Uber-style booking flows (service selection → scheduling → pricing → confirmation) • Server-driven UI (dynamic forms and questions from backend) • Real-time updates (matching, booking status, notifications) • Payments, background checks, and trust features • App performance, state management, and architecture refactors • *Responsibilities** • Build and maintain Flutter mobile features end-to-end • Consume REST APIs and render dynamic UI from backend configs • Implement clean, scalable state management (Riverpod / Bloc / Provider) • Ensure smooth UX, animations, and fast load times • Debug and fix production issues • Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code • Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions • *Required Skills** • Strong experience with • *Flutter & Dart** • Experience shipping • *production mobile apps** • Solid understanding of: • State management • Navigation • Responsive layouts • Error handling • Experience consuming REST APIs • Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows • Ability to work independently in a remote startup environment
