Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an FMV (Full Motion Video) Analyst located in Sterling, VA. The FMV Analyst will be responsible for analyzing live and recorded video feeds, identifying actionable intelligence, and preparing detailed reports. Collaborating with team members and leveraging advanced analytical tools, the FMV Analyst will ensure situational awareness and contribute to strategic decision-making processes. The role requires working effectively in a high-paced operational environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with Full Motion Video analysis and related intelligence tools and methodologies
• Strong analytical thinking, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with geospatial tools, intelligence systems, and data visualization software
• Effective communication skills, including report writing and visualizations of analysis
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment
• Understanding of military operations, intelligence processes, or prior experience in defense/military or government services is a plus
• Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one
• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence, Data Analysis, Geospatial Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
