We are looking for an ERP & Demand Forecasting Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative, data-driven solutions for our clients.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the design, development, and implementation of demand forecasting and ERP-based planning solutions. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing demand forecasting models using statistical and machine learning methods
• Analyzing sales data, promotional activities, customer behavior, and seasonal trends to improve forecast accuracy
• Supporting inventory optimization, stock management, and replenishment planning processes
• Contributing to the development and implementation of ERP-based planning and reporting solutions
• Working closely with clients to understand their operational needs and provide data-driven recommendations
• Monitoring key performance indicators such as stock levels, product availability, inventory turnover, and forecast accuracy
• Identifying optimization opportunities across supply chain, retail operations, and sales planning processes
• Translating business requirements into analytical insights and practical ERP solutions

Your Profile

You are analytical, solution-oriented, and comfortable working with data, business processes, and client requirements. Ideally, you bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience or strong interest in demand forecasting, data analysis, inventory management, or supply chain planning
• Knowledge of Python, Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other analytical tools is a strong plus
• Professional experience in supply chain, demand planning, retail operations, ERP systems, or inventory management is an advantage
• Experience in the retail or distribution sector is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
• Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset

Language Requirements

• Fluent English is required
• French or German is a strong plus
• Turkish is an advantage, particularly for supporting communication with selected retail client groups
