Responsibilities

What will you be doing within the team?

• Animate training sessions and support clients on Microsoft 365 platform tools like Office (Excel, etc.), Power BI, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc. Depending on your profile and expectations, also lead sessions on personal development and professional efficiency with agency clients.
• Create tools and educational materials within the team by sharing your innovation and creativity.
• Actively participate in the agency's strategy and contribute to its evolution within a positive team dynamic.
• Actively participate in the agency's pedagogical strategy.
• Develop and create new offers.
• Benefit from the team's experience and develop your skills.

Qualifications

What profile do you need to have?

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and/or Microsoft 365 tools.
• Enjoy sharing skills in professional efficiency and personal development.
• Appreciate creating and writing support materials/tools and have good spelling skills.
• Dynamic, curious, organized, and able to work autonomously.
• Show initiative, enjoy developing skills, and know how to work in a team.
• Have experience as a trainer or hold a FPA diploma.
• Hold a driver's license (Permis B) and a car for travel to client sites.
• Particularly enjoy working in a positive dynamic.
