The Role - Forward Deployed Engineer

You won't be behind a screen writing tickets. You'll be out in the field, embedded with customers, witnessing technical deployments firsthand. One month you're deep in an enterprise engagement, working directly with an executive team to deploy LLMs that automate and transform core business operations. The next, you're somewhere entirely new, solving a problem no one has solved before.

Compensation

💰 $220,000+ Base | Equity | Open to negotiation for the right person

What They're Looking For

• Founder mindset - You've taken something from zero to one. You understand what it means to own a problem end-to-end and see it through
• Critical thinker - You don't just execute, you question, prioritise, and identify the highest-value problems in a sea of noise
• Strong communicator - You can take complex technical ideas and make them land with an exec team or a floor manager alike
• Customer-first - You design tight feedback loops and prioritise adoption over ego. The customer outcome is the win
• Built for the road - You want to travel, see deployments with your own eyes, and be where the impact happens
• Technical depth - Strong Python, SQL, and JavaScript. Go or C# a bonus
