You will work closely with the FDE to drive technical excellence and ensure strategic alignment across organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI project delivery and strategy
• Facilitate workshops to assess business AI readiness
• Map organizational AI adoption to measurable business metrics
• Present findings and strategic plans to client executives
• Guide FDE efforts in implementing AI tooling

Requirements

• 8+ years in software development or architecture roles
• 3+ years in consulting or engineering leadership
• Proven track record of executive-level communication
• Background in AI strategy or technology adoption
• Knowledge of CI/CD and modern software development practices
