Luminarity in Rapperswil-Jona is seeking a Founding Account Executive (m/f/d) to act as a central growth driver in the DACH region.

Your Role

In this role, you will shape the sales function from the ground up and close complex enterprise deals. You will have the opportunity to report directly to the board and significantly contribute to market development in Southern Germany and Switzerland.

Requirements

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Familiarity with cold calling
  • Fluent communication in German and English
  • Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals
