This is your chance to own the full sales cycle, shape the playbook, and grow into leadership as the team scales 3x in the next 12 months.

We're partnering with a high-growth, early-stage startup at the intersection of AI and renewable energy that already has a 7-figure ARR.

Our client is building the platform that energy developers actually want, combining LLMs and geospatial data to identify optimal sites for renewable projects and accelerate development workflows (site selection, permitting, stakeholder monitoring). Founder-led, domain-credible, and Palantir-inspired in their hiring bar.

They're now looking for a Founding Account Executive to join their lean, high-agency team in central Paris and own the next chapter of revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close
  • Sell into mid-market and enterprise energy developers (Heads of Development, GIS/Data, with CEO/CTO sponsors)
  • Run a highly targeted, account-based motion, warm intros, selective outreach, and executive multi-threading
  • Convert a strong inbound + outbound pipeline (currently ~70/30 split) and build outbound muscle when needed
  • Partner closely with the founders to shape pricing, messaging, and the GTM playbook
  • Stay close to accounts post-close to drive expansion and feedback loops

Must-Haves

  • Native French speaker
  • Proven AE experience owning full-cycle sales in mid-market or enterprise SaaS
  • High agency you create structure, you don't wait for it
  • Technical aptitude, comfortable being a peer to engineers, GIS leads, and CTOs
  • Strong multi-threading skills across complex stakeholder environments
  • Excited by early-stage, high-growth environments

Nice-to-Haves

  • Background in energy, geospatial, climate, or data-heavy industries
  • Experience selling to technical buyers, developers, or infrastructure teams
  • Ability to prototype, run light technical experiments, or engage in product-level discussions

Compensation

💰 Base: €75K 🎯 OTE: Up to €150K (+ equity, quarterly bonus, 30% cliff, first quarter paid)
