• You're not coding like in the past. You're orchestrating AI agents while building enterprise‑grade software.
• What you'll build:
  • Multi‑agent orchestration layer (Claude, GPT, specialized finance models).
  • Integration pipelines with enterprise finance systems (SAP, Dynamics, Excel).
  • AI workflows for variance analysis, month‑end close, financial reporting.
  • Scaling and improving technical architecture and processes (testing, QA, security).

• Minimum salary: €60.000 gross/year, with significant overpayment based on qualifications and experience.

Unsere Erwartungen an dich

Qualifikationen

• Strong full‑stack engineering (Nextjs & Python / Go preferred, but we care about thinking, not languages).
• Profound security and data governance understanding.
• Ability to solve complex problems with clean, simple solutions.
• You've shipped products to production before.
• Based in Vienna or someday willing to relocate (2‑3 days/week in office).
• You've used Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools is a strong plus.
• Interest in finance/accounting (or willingness to learn) is a strong plus.

Erfahrung

• Experience with LLMs and AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar).
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and Terraform (or similar) is a strong plus.
• Experience with finance/ERP systems or complex data integrations is a strong plus.
• B2B SaaS experience (you understand enterprise requirements) is a strong plus.
