Founding AI Product Engineer

About

Avisa is hiring a Founding AI Product Engineer to help build the first real version of our agentic AI‑native growth platform.

This is not a routine developer role.

We are looking for a strong builder who can think like a product engineer, architect systems, code deeply, and use AI tools, agents, and modern platforms to multiply output.

You will help build the engineering spine of Avisa across:

• business blueprinting
• ICP and funnel creation
• prospect discovery and qualification
• outreach workflows
• dashboards
• RBAC, auditability, and usage controls

Requirements

• Based in Pune or ready to relocate immediately (non‑negotiable)
• 5–9 years of strong hands‑on engineering experience
• Excellent in Python/backend systems
• Understands LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, embeddings, APIs
• Can build fast using AI coding tools, managed services, and modern dev platforms
• Can work directly with founders in a fast‑moving environment
• Mature, hardworking, curious, disciplined, and low‑ego
• Knows when to build from scratch and when to leverage the right platform

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop core engineering components for the AI‑native growth platform
• Implement business blueprinting, ICP and funnel creation, prospect discovery, qualification, outreach workflows, and dashboards
• Ensure RBAC, auditability, and usage controls are robust and scalable
• Collaborate closely with founders to iterate quickly and deliver product milestones

• Can operate with ownership and little hand‑holding
• Wants to build something meaningful from the ground up
• Is excited by the future of AI, AGI, agentic systems, and practical product execution

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Built products from zero to first release
• Worked on B2B SaaS / enterprise systems
• Used AI agents and dev copilots seriously in your workflow
• Touched React / Node enough to ship usable product flows
• Worked with cloud systems like AWS or Azure

What Success Looks Like

• In the first few months, help make Avisa pilot‑ready with working core flows and a strong product foundation
