MindHub is a social AI platform that combines a personal knowledge base, a 2D mindmap canvas for AI conversations, and a marketplace of user-validated articles, agents, and prompts — all in one place where you actually do your AI work. Our goal is to become the "Social ChatGPT"—a hub where creators, builders, and engineers share expertise, discover others, and build an audience.

What We Are Looking For

This role is for an elite generalist who thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses deep engineering intuition, and works at the cutting edge of Generative AI.

Key Requirements

• Location: Based in India (Remote)
• Core Languages: Expert-level Python
• Coding Tool Excellence: Elite, fluent command over AI coding tools and agents (such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex). You should be comfortable orchestrating multiple parallel sessions of Coding Agents to supercharge your output.
• Cloud & Infra: Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and AWS. You know how to ship, scale, and maintain production stability under high traffic.
• Domain Expertise: Generative AI (LLMs, vector databases, agentic workflows, prompt engineering).
• Technical Foundations: Elite problem-solving skills with a strong algorithmic background (ideally 400+ Data Structures & Algorithms problems solved on platforms like LeetCode or equivalent competitive programming experience).

• Total Ownership: Features, bugs, and architectural decisions are entirely yours. You thrive without handholding.
• Judgment Over Execution: We don't just need someone to write code when instructed. We need someone who can decide WHAT to build, WHY it matters to our users, and HOW it should feel.
• Product Taste: You use AI products obsessively. You have strong opinions about what makes a user experience exceptional and exactly how to fix subpar UX.
• Velocity: You ship, iterate, and deploy daily. We favor continuous, transparent communication over long, silent dev cycles.
