As the first Customer Success hire, you will own the end-to-end post-sale journey for youth academies and sports centers. You'll build the CS playbook from scratch, ensuring program owners see immediate ROI from voice AI that automates enrollments. This high-impact role involves onboarding customers, driving retention, and shaping the product roadmap.

What You Will Do

• Design and execute the onboarding process for new sports academies, training centers, and dance studios to ensure seamless AI integration.
• Act as a strategic partner to small business owners, monitoring performance metrics and providing proactive insights to maximize their enrollment conversion rates.
• Serve as the primary voice of the customer, translating user feedback into actionable product requirements for the engineering and AI teams.

• You are a hungry, entrepreneurial operator with experience working at startups that serve SMBs such as fitness studios, childcare centers, or retail.
• You possess a high degree of technical curiosity and use AI tools daily to improve your own productivity and problem-solving capabilities.
