As a Founding Deployed Engineer, you will bridge the gap between AI capabilities and real-world execution for institutional real estate. You will own the entire deployment lifecycle, from scoping ambiguous problems with stakeholders to shipping production-grade agents. This is a high-impact role for a generalist ready to automate the global physical infrastructure landscape.

What you will do:

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents using Python and LangGraph to automate complex real estate acquisitions and development workflows.
• Partner directly with customer stakeholders to translate messy, real-world requirements into scoped, shippable solutions with explicit success criteria.
• Build robust data collection and automation pipelines using web scraping, browser agents, and voice agents to enable end-to-end autonomous workflows.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses 2-6 years of professional experience with a proven track record of shipping and maintaining production-grade AI/ML systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates strong full-stack capabilities and comfort working across the stack, from agent behavior and data workflows to infrastructure and platform concerns.
• Exhibits an ownership mindset with the ability to navigate high-stakes environments and communicate technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical institutional stakeholders.
