RESPONSIBILITIES
What you will do
- Design and deploy systems orchestration, containerization, and firmware pipelines for high-performance compute in non-datacenter environments.
- Optimize GPU acceleration and CUDA kernels to maintain sustained AI workloads under strict power and cooling constraints.
- Build and manage production-grade RAG pipelines and distributed systems that ensure reliability during critical clinical decision-making.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Who this is a fit for
- Has 5-7 years of experience at top-tier tech companies, with a history of rapid promotions and ownership of complex systems.
- Possesses deep expertise in at least two areas: GPU/CUDA acceleration, distributed systems, RAG/LLM pipelines, or 3D graphics.
- Is a builder who takes smart risks and has a track record of creating high-impact open-source or personal technical projects.
